Stagnant energy is a blockage or buildup of energy that is not flowing smoothly throughout the body or surrounding environment. This stagnant energy can manifest as feelings of being stuck, lethargic, or unfulfilled. From a spiritual perspective, stagnant energy may be seen as a hindrance to personal growth and overall well-being. Stuck energy may prevent individuals from reaching their true potential and living in alignment with their higher purpose. Stagnant energy may be caused by a variety of factors, including stress, trauma, negative thought patterns, environmental toxins, or unhealthy lifestyle choices. It can also be the result of suppressing emotions or holding onto past hurts and resentments. It’s important to engage in practices that promote the free flow of energy throughout the mind, body, and spirit. This includes practices such as yoga, meditation and Reiki, as well as spending time in nature and engaging in activities that bring joy and inspiration. By clearing stagnant energy and restoring balance to the body's energetic system, individuals may be able to experience greater vitality, clarity, and peace of mind. Tapping into their true potential and aligning with their inner wisdom opens to a more authentic and fulfilling life experience.

Carnelian grounds and anchors one in the present reality, a stabilizing stone with high energy. Carnelian is an excellent stone for restoring vitality, motivation and for stimulating creativity. Carnelian gives courage, promotes positive life choices, dispels apathy, and motivates for success in business and other matters. Carnelian calms feelings of anger, banishes emotional negativity, replacing it with passion and love of life.

Labradorite is known as a stone of transformation as it is highly protective and makes for a wonderful crystal tool bringing light and mysticism. Labradorite's protective vibration deflects unwanted energies from the aura and prevents energy leakage. Labradorite aligns physical and etheric bodies, stimulates intuition and psychic gifts and allows for a greater understanding of life and the self. Labradorite is an excellent remover of illusions, realigning focus on what is truly important so one may follow their divine purpose.

Amethyst connects to the Crown Chakra and the Third Eye Chakra and has been known for centuries as the "Healer's Stone". Amethyst gently cleanses the aura and provides protection, enhances psychic abilities, meditation, visualization and profound spiritual awareness.
