In my experience, when working with crystal energies, I find that I am intuitively attracted to the crystals I need most in my daily life or crystals that would be very helpful in particular situations. The energetic focus for me this week has been on crystals that offer insight and crystalline healing support during the current Mercury Retrograde cycle. The vibration and resonance of each crystal has a different effect on the environment, physical body, aura, and chakras depending on the energetic attributes of the crystal.
Energetically this time is all about getting good and grounded while practicing patience and understanding as WE ALL experience transformational growth, the quirky stops, potential challenges, and restarts that come with Mercury Retrograde.
Fossils and petrified wood help with the release old paradigms and create the foundation for change. Fossils are also helpful in keeping one grounded and have a very calming and soothing energy promoting feelings of tranquility, contentment and comfort. Petrified wood may be helpful with the removal of annoyances and allows one to move to action to peacefully eliminate the situation. Petrified wood also may aid in the elimination of petty issues and worries and facilitates the understanding of “change what you can and let go of the rest.”Another great crystal for Mercury retrograde is Fluorite. Fluorite is highly protective stone, especially on the psychic level. Fluorite draws off negative energies and releases stress of all kinds. Fluorite is one of the best crystals to use to overcome any form of disorganization - on all levels. Fluorite cleanses, purifies, dispels and reorganizes anything within the body or the environment that is not in perfect order. Fluorite grounds and integrates spiritual energies, promotes unbiased impartiality and heightens intuitive powers. Fluorite also helps to dissolve illusions and facilitates the acceptance of truth. Fluorite helps one with the understanding of new information and promotes quick thinking.Carnelian is an excellent crystal tool to use energetically “leap forward” and to restore vitality, motivation, and for stimulating creativity. A stabilizing stone with high energy, Carnelian grounds and anchors one in the present reality. Carnelian is empowering and gives one courage, promotes positive life choices, and dispels apathy. Carnelian increases motivation and helps one build self-confidence through positive action. Carnelian is known as a stone of abundance as it helps one focus their intention when manifesting and encourages success in business endeavors. Carnelian is a useful stone for overcoming abuse of any kind as it calms anger, banishes emotional negativity, replacing it with a love for life. Carnelian’s energizing vibrations may be helpful in alleviating feelings of depression and apathy. |
